WHILE DRIVING 45 MPH AND ATTEMPTING TO SLOW DOWN, THE VEHICLE WENT OVER A BUMP AND WOULD NOT STOP. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER THREE TIMES BUT THE DEALER COULD NOT DIAGNOSE THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 23,828.
