Coscienzios (coscienziosa or coscienzioso) is Italian for conscientious. The Oxford dictionary defines conscientious as “wishing to do what is right”.

The first challenge in being conscientious is our ignorance.

We are flooded with information, but it is rarely simple enough to digest and apply to our own lives. Being conscientious is to simplify knowledge enough that we can close the gap between knowing and doing.
